Lincoln Patisserie: Probably the oldest successful Caribbean bakery in London. It’s been around for more than 30 years. Be prepared to queue for up to an hour (sometimes!) It stocks everything from black cake, which you have to order in advance to bun, soda bread, peanut griddle, patties, pastries, sorel, ginger beer, coco bread, corn bread, bammy, bulla cake, hard dough bread.
